L. Palmer writes The Pippington Tales, a series where motorcars bump down old city lanes, fairy godmothers are disguised as high-society gossips, and mermaids just might be real.

In between exploring the hidden magic of Pippington, L. Palmer works in public service and lives in San Antonio, TX. She is an award-winning speaker and has presented on various topics at writing conferences, ranging from film techniques for authors to developing character relationships. She developed her imagination and adventure skills through growing up in Girl Scouts, working at resident summer camps, teaching high school English, and reading great books of fantasy and magic. Most Tuesdays, you can find her having lunch with dragons.

  5. L.P., thanks so much for your kind follow. I regret that I’ve recently had to stop doing mutual follows as I am having difficulty keeping up with the email alerts.

Good luck with the writing. I see my first galley proofs next week, and hope to have the non-fiction, self-published book out in February.

    Cheers.

  10. Hello L. Palmer – your mum was in one of my business classes in Ventura a couple of years ago and I purchased the book from her. Finally, life has slowed down and I just finished your book. Thank you.
