I did it!
I climbed the heights of Mount Doom, high-fived a dragon, rode a unicorn across a rainbow, mixed my fantasy metaphors, and opened the Magical Treasure Box known as Winning National Novel Writing Month!
All this despite:
- Losing the first 3,000 words of my novel after the first weekend
- Getting the flu
- Twice
- Applying to grad school
- Watching the Day of the Doctor and finishing this season of Legend of Korra
- Actually spending time with my family. Wait. Who are those people again?
Now for a parade!
Thanks Mario RPG!
Congratulations to all other winners, thanks for everyone’s support, and wishing everyone a really good nap as we head into December!
You deserve extra congrats for adding in the flu…twice! Good job.
Reblogged this on morinanderim.
Well done. I’m sad you lost 3000 words.
Congrats! Good to see you climbed the NaNoWriMo mountain!
Congrats on winning NaNoWriMo despite all of the setbacks 🙂 That’s how you know you’re meant to write!
Congratulations!
Thanks!
